Domestic Abuse Services

Jasmine Faith made this Freedom of Information request to Croydon Borough Council Automatic anti-spam measures are in place for this older request. Please let us know if a further response is expected or if you are having trouble responding.

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Croydon Borough Council should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Croydon Borough Council,

I would be most grateful if you would provide me, under the Freedom of Information Act, details in respect to all current Domestic Abuse/Violence Against Women and Girls services (accommodation, community services (including IRIS) and children & young people's services) procured by Croydon Borough Council in the past 8 years.

The details we require are:
- What are the contractual performance KPI's for this contract?
- Suppliers who applied for inclusion on each framework/contract and were successful & not successful at the PQQ & ITT stages?
- Date of last procurement?
- What is the value of the contract?
- Start date & duration of framework/contract?
- Could you please provide a copy of the service/product specification given to all bidders for when this contract was last advertised?
- Is there an extension clause in the framework(s)/contract(s) and, if so, the duration of the extension?
- Has a decision been made yet on whether the framework(s)/contract(s) are being either extended or renewed?
- Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for this contract?

Thank you for your help.

Yours sincerely,

Jasmine Faith

Dear [email address],

Many thanks for your response and the documents you sent.

You mention blue text, I'm afraid all of the text is black, can you please specify which contract is held by the
Community Safety team and which is held by the rough sleeping team?

Can you also please outline the current staffing model for both contracts?

Yours sincerely,

Jasmine Faith
