Dear Department of Health,
Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 please supply the following
information. In 2017 the DOH made an ex gratia payment to fund "Xyrem to
a small number of personal injury claimants with narcolepsy with
cataplexy, who have made claims against the manufacturer, GSK, that they
developed the condition after immunisation with Pandemrix vaccine."

Please supply

(a) the number of recipients who have received Xyrem as a result of the
DOH scheme

(b) the total costs for supplying Xyrem to the recipients from the
outset up to the present day

(c) the DOH advised that the scheme was to be "time limited". Please
supply the date when this scheme is to terminated.

Yours faithfully,
