Dear Sarah

I refer to your Freedom of Information request to which I am now in a
position to respond. My response is outlined below along with your
questions for ease of reference.

1. All information referencing and involving the park/public open space by
Lansdowne Drive/Mentmore Way/Rosebery Park, Poringland, since
installation. This must include, but is not limited to, all letters,
emails and correspondence to and from Big Sky Developments and Poringland
Parish Council. Under section 1(1)(a) of the Freedom of Information Act
2000, I am advising you that the Council does not hold the information you
have requested. No information is held by SNC and SNC holds no
communications to and from Big Sky or the Parish Council.

3. All information since 01/01/2015 suggesting, referencing and involving
the installation of any dog park within Poringland, Arminghall, Framingham
Earl, Upper Stoke or Stoke Holy Cross. Under section 1(1)(a) of the
Freedom of Information Act 2000, I am advising you that the Council does
not hold the information you have requested.

2. A list of all parks/public open spaces in your area that permits dogs.
Please can this include the name, postcode and specific use (e.g.
children's park, dog park etc.)? SNC does not hold such a list, therefore
under section 1(1)(a) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I am
advising you that the Council does not hold the information you have
requested.

I hope this is of assistance and is sufficient to meet your requirements,
but if, for whatever reason you wish to get back to me, please feel free
to do so. In particular if you are unhappy with the information provided
or how your request was handled please let me know and I will explain how
you can request an internal review of our decision.

Please quote FOI 18-284 in any further correspondence concerning this
request.

Good Afternoon,

Thank you for your response. Please may I ask for some quick clarification?

As you do not hold a list of parks/public open spaces in your area that permits do, can I assume that that is because you do not have any?

Yours sincerely,

Sarah Smith
