1) In relation to The Dog Fouling (Scotland) Act 2003 how many reports have been received by Fife council from residents in the following areas. Townhill and Wellwood. both in Dunfermline North since 1st April 2015 until present.

2) In relation to The Dog Fouling (Scotland) Act 2003, section 5 - how many fixed penalty notices have been issued by your authorised officers for offences as detailed in The Dog Fouling (Scotland) Act 2003, section 1 since 1st April 2015 until present in the areas of Townhill and Wellwood.
