In discharge of its obligation under section 1(1)(b) I can provide you with the links to where the information you seek is published on the Council's website as datasets:

In order to be able to identify the relevant fines relating to dog fouling, you will need to click on the links for each dataset covering a specific year. Please note that these will also contain the details of other types of fines such as littering, fly-tipping, dog straying etc.

Details of any prosecutions (which will include, where appropriate, those that relate to dog fouling) are published in a separate dataset:

In accordance with Section 21(1) of the Act, the Council is not obliged to provide information that is already in the public domain. However, it does have a duty under Section 16(1) to provide all applicants advice and assistance in order to assist with locating the information, which I have done so in providing you with the links to the datasets above.

In accordance with Section 22 of the Act, the PCN data for the period 02.06.17 - 31.12.17 is currently being prepared for publishing in due course and the prosecution dataset was updated 12 January and will next be due for updating in April.
