Dear Mr Roberts,

I refer to your request for information, which was received on 19^th
September, 2012 and has been dealt with under the Freedom of Information

I will respond to your request in the order it was presented using
numbered points as headings for ease of reference.

1. How many complaints did you recieve for dog fouling for the periods of
01.01.2005 and 01.09.2012, please give yearly figures.

2. How many fixed penalty notices were issued for dog fouling for the same
period, please give yearly figures.

Please refer to the attached spreadsheet - ‘dog fouling’.

3. If the council participated in any campaign for dog fouling please give
dates.

Specific dates are not held for the whole of the period covered by your
request, however, information for the last four years is attached as a
list of activities.
