Does the council have a policy of not complying with freedom of information requests, if not please supply the reasons
Dear Oxford City Council,
Does the council have a policy of not complying with freedom of information requests?
Or if you don't have a council policy: could you please explain why you don't comply with all freedom of information requests?
To be honest, since this a question about your abilities to comply with freedom of information requests, I strongly suspect that it wont be answered
Hope you had a good easter
Yours faithfully,
K. Anderson
Dear Ms Anderson
I refer to your email below. The Council aims to comply with Freedom of
Information requests. Unfortunately, the volume and nature of the
requests and other work commitments mean that occasionally it is not
possible to reply to them within the FOI timescale, although the Council
always endeavours to do so.
Yours sincerely
