Thank you for your email. We will treat your request for information as a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, received by the university on 21st June 2024. We will endeavour to respond to your request within the statutory 20 working day time frame.
 
Please note that the university has adopted the Model Publication Scheme and also publishes FOI responses on our Disclosure Log. The Fees Regulations state that requests received within 60 consecutive working days can be aggregated.

Further to your recent request for information held by King’s College
London, I am writing to confirm that the requested information is held by
the university.

 

Your request

 

We received your information request on 21^st June 2024 and have treated
it as a request for information made under section 1(1) of the Act.

 

You requested the following information:

 

I would like to know if the university admissions team only look at the
top 8 GCSES of if they look at all GCSES? Additionally, I would like to
know if the university disregards GCSES not seen relevant to a course?

 

Our response

 

We would look at any qualifications submitted by an applicant. However, as
part of the assessment, we consider the entry requirements for the program
and use the qualifications that are required to be eligible for an offer.
This will depend on the program applied for.

 

This completes the university’s response to your information request.

If you are unhappy with the service you have received in relation to your
information request or feel that it has not been properly handled you have
