Dear University of Glasgow,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of University of Glasgow's handling of my FOI request 'Documents used in responding to FoI Request (Your Ref: FOI 2012/157 – F0219815)'.

Responding to the request for the review of my original FoI request you claimed:

“Please be advised the delay in responding to your original request was due to the absence of key staff on annual leave.”

In your recent response I see no documented evidence supporting this claim. I would have expected to see, at least, an email explaining the reason for the delay.

In addition, you have not included all email exchanges regarding my original FoI request. For example, in your response to another one of my FoI requests you have included email exchanges between Sandy Macdonald and Tom McAra regarding the wording of their reply. I saw no trace of these emails in your recent response.

Please supply all information as requested.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address:

Yours faithfully,

James McNeel
