Documents submitted to ESCC concerning footpath closures in Ecclesbourne Glen
Dear East Sussex County Council,
Footpaths in Ecclesbourne Glen have been closed since 2013 due to a landslip.
HBC as landowner has provided ESCC Rights of Way with a number of technical reports to support the closure of the footpaths.
I request under EIR the following information:
A list of all reports supplied by HBC to ESCC concerning the landslip , Rocklands Caravan Park and footpath closures in Ecclesbourne Glen.
The list should include the date, title and author of the report.
For the purpose of this request a technical report is defined as any information supplied to ESCC concerning geotechnical, drainage and land stability issues. A report can be in the form of a document, email, letter and any other form of written or visual information.
Examples of such reports would include reports from Coffey and other consultancy companies such as Oscus or BDR.
Yours faithfully,
Chris Hurrell
