You state if it has survived? Why would documents not survive? This is a live case/matter. It was agreed in 2004 that it remained live. The reason why it is live is because Veterans are still sick and dying young . Have MOD not ensured that ALL documents are protected. A lesson learned study MOD carried out on itself in the mid 90's. The conclusion was to stop losing , misplacing/ destroying its own data. Is MOD not competent in carrying out its own recommendations on itself?
