Dear West London Mental Health NHS Trust,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of West London Mental Health NHS Trust's handling of my FOI request 'Documents relating to the Rainbow List' on three grounds:

- It does not appear the Acting Chief Executive is a qualified person to give an opinion under section 36, as items 2 and 4 of the response form have been left blank.

- It appears the person giving the opinion has been given incorrect information, as contrary to the statement in item 11 (other factors taken into account) no information has been provided in response to this request.

- The public interest test has not been considered, based on the brief final paragraph of item 12 which merely repeats the original justification.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/d...

Yours faithfully,

Zoe O'Connell

Dear Zoe

I was under the impression your FOI request had been answered by our Communications team on 16 December. I have chased them for a copy of their response and will send on to you as soon as I receive it.

Apologies for any confusion surrounding this request.

Dear Zoe and ICO

Thank you for your email dated 23^rd May 2016, the Trust has reviewed its
position of applying the exemption under section 36 of the Freedom of
Information Act 2000 and has concluded that given the passage of time
since the request was submitted this exemption no longer applies.
Therefore our decision is to disclose the requested information which is
attached to this email.

Yours Sincerely

Katrina
