‘This FOI request concerns THE NATIONAL LOTTERY COMMUNITY FUND: LGBT+ FUTURES – EQUITY FUND being managed by the LGBT Consortium.

Please can you disclose

- The application by the Consortium to develop and manage the fund (including any attachments)

- The review of the application by the National Lottery Community Fund

- Whether a Equality Impact Assessment was undertaken (and if so include it in the disclosures)

- The grant agreement with the Consortium’
