Dear Newham Borough Council,

Thanks for the response at this late hour. While you make reference to the information attached and the names redacted from it, the attached documentation has not made it to me!

I presume that this is either an error or some technical mishap (maybe overactive antivirus software?). Could you please check that you attached the correct files and send them again?

Yours faithfully,

Richard Stevenson

Dear Newham Borough Council,

Have you got anywhere with sending the information referred to, but
not actaully attached, to the original reply to my request? I'd
really rather not have to request an internal review in order to
get hold of it, but will do so if I don't recieve it today.

I'm sure you're busy, but please find the time to send it along.

Thanks,

Richard Stevenson

Dear Newham Borough Council,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Newham Borough Council's handling of my FOI request 'Documents relating to the decision to close the Greenway between Manor Road and Stratford High Street'.

A response was given which stated "please see attached documentation as requested", but no documentation was attached! Two informal follow up emails were sent, neither of which were responded to.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/d...

Yours faithfully,
