Documents regarding the inspection of Bisham CE Primary school

The request was partially successful.

Dear Department for Education,

Dear Sir or Madam,

I would like all documents, emails , deleted and current and any other records of communication between Ofsted and the DfE and the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead regarding the inspection of my school Bisham CE Primary .
The inspection was Section 8 deemed section 5 from the outset and took place on the 23rd and 24th of September 2014 .

I would also like this information to include evidence of the reasons why this inspection took place .
Was it ordered or requested by the Secretary of State ?
Was it because of a qualifying complaint?
Was it as a result of a request by the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead Local Authority (hereafter "RBWM")
Was it as a result of information provided by RBWM
Was it as a result of any other reason and if so provide the details of this reason.
Why was it section 8 deemed section 5 from the outset?

Is there any correspondence to me Jim Cooke by either the past or present Secretary of State , Michael Gove or Nicky Morgan?
If so please provide copies .

Finally I would like to know if my school is subject to a warning notice or has it expired in which case what was the case of expiry? If the warning notice has been removed, what date was it removed and why was it removed?

Yours faithfully,
Jim Cooke ,
Head Teacher

I have dealt with your requests under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

Having checked through the information held by this Department, I have
established that some of the information in your request is held by the
Department and copies of the relevant communications are attached.

You will note that some names of officials and third parties have been redacted
as we are unable to release the names of staff below the Senior Civil Service,
and other third party officials, under section 40(2) of the Act. The names of
staff at grades which are below the Senior Civil Service and in roles which are
not public-facing, are exempt from disclosure on the grounds that release of
the information would breach one or more of the principles of the Data
Protection Act 1998. This exemption is 'absolute' in these circumstances, which
means that it is not necessary for the Department to run a test to balance the
public interest in release against that in withholding the information

However, your request asks a number of questions that will not be answered by
the attached documents.  That is because this information is not held by this
Department. With regards to your request for information in relation to the
scheduling of the inspection Bisham CE Primary School, the Department does not
hold this information and is not responsible for the scheduling of school
inspections. I suggest that you contact Ofsted directly for this information.

I hope this fulfils your request to your satisfaction.

If you are unhappy with the way your request has been handled, you should make
a complaint to the Department by writing to me within two calendar months of
the date of this letter.  Your complaint will be considered by an independent
review panel, who were not involved in the original consideration of your
request.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your complaint to the Department,
you should then contact the Information Commissioner’s Office.
