Dear Southwark Council,
I am emailing to check some info on the docs that you have sent in response to my FOI request through the What Do You Know website.
There are 23 numbered documents 1-24
There is no document numbered 4.
Numbers 10 & 11 are the same document -' Five and Fifteen Year Housing Land Supply Update: 2020-2036 (June, 2021 - updated)'
There is one unnumbered document - NSP Submission version December 2017
These are my questions:
Is there a document missing that was numbered 4?
Is there a document missing because two numbers are given to the same document?
Why is one document unnumbered and does it indicate a possible error?
These are just initial fact queries as it has taken some time to work out how to download them. It was difficult as they were not in number order nor with any names in the file titles, so I had to seek technical advice on how to do this to understand what the documents are.
Now that has been sorted out I have discovered the queries above.
I look forward to hearing from you on these so we can review what has been disclosed.
I may have to come back to you when we have been able to do that.
Yours sincerely,
Eileen Conn
