The request was successful.

Dear Wirral Borough Council,

I am concerned about Wirral's high pedestrian and cyclist road casualty rates.

I understand that the Wirral Collision Reduction Partnership has quarterly meetings, and produces an annual report. Please supply me with (1) the minutes of the meetings for the last two years (2) the last two annual reports and (3) any other documents that are relevant to my concerns.

Yours faithfully,

Ian Campbell

Good Morning,
Thank you for your recent reminder for information shown below. I
apologise for the delay in responding in full to your enquiry. Please
see Council response below which I hope you find of use.

Reading your specific request in which you stated....

"I understand that the Wirral Collision Reduction Partnership has
quarterly meetings and produces an annual report. Please supply me
with (1) the minutes of the meetings for the last two years (2) the
last two annual reports and (3) any other documents that are
relevant to my concerns."

The Collision Reduction Partnership does not itself produce an annual
report. It does however have a current RoadSafe Action Plan which has
been supplied to you already as part of your request; the Council should
have clarified this when sending the report.

The only other annual report which could be linked to this would be the
report from the Director Dave Green made to Councils Sustainable
Communities Overview & Scrutiny Committee on 21st September 2009
http://wir06metrognome.admin.ad.wirral.g...
32&MId=2655&Ver=4

There are no previous iterations of this report; therefore the Council
is unable to provide two "annual reports".

There was however a previous version of the RoadSafe Action Plan which
was approved by Cabinet on 12th June 2008
