Would you be able to supply the documents and minutes from the Safety Group meeting relating to Hope & Glory Festival 2017 please.

Also, would it be possible to request any follow up documents ensuring that any advisories and recommendations given were actually carried out by the organisers before gates opened.

I am sorry, but the information you have requested is not held by the
Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner, as it relates to matters
which are under the control of Liverpool City Council, who organised the
event. The PCC did not have involvement in any meetings relating to the
2017 Hope & Glory Festival.

 

The correct authority to contact with your request is Liverpool City
