Dear Steve,

Further to your email of 18/09/2017 which I have treated as a Freedom of
Information request, please find below the information that you requested.

Query:

Would you be able to supply the documents and minutes from the Safety
Group meeting relating to Bestival 2017 please.

 

Also, would it be possible to request any follow up documents ensuring
that any advisories and recommendations given were actually carried out by
the organisers before gates opened.

Would you be able to supply the documents and minutes from the Safety
Group meeting relating to Bestival 2017 please.

Purbeck Council are the licensing authority for the Bestival festival and
therefore we advise you to seek their assistance to provide the
documentation that you have requested.

 

Also, would it be possible to request any follow up documents ensuring
that any advisories and recommendations given were actually carried out by
the organisers before gates opened.

We do not hold any recorded information on this but Officers attended the
liaison meetings and were satisfied that plans used for Camp Bestival were
suitable and sufficient for the forthcoming Bestival festival.
