Dear Scottish Government,
I am writing to you under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to request the information detailed below.
Could you provide me with copies of all information, including but not limited to correspondence, notes of telephone calls and emails held by Scottish Government on any assessment carried out by the Scottish Government, or carried out by others but submitted to the Scottish Government, of Engender and its impact on policy and practice. Any information regarding the efficacy of Engender, a Scottish Government funded body, regarding public engagement is also requested, particularly comparing Engender with other similar groups which claim to advocate for the right of women in Scotland.

Dear Scottish Government,
Re: 202000108970
On 8th November I submitted two FOIs to you regarding Engender and National Advisory Council on Women and Girls (NACWG). These were your reference numbers for these FOIs :
NACWG: Your Reference: 202000108970
Engender : Your Reference: 202000108975
This FOI, was for info on NACWG but you have responded with info on Engender instead. I'm not sure how we can clear this mistake up because this FOI is still open and awaiting info on NACWG. Perhaps you can respond to FOI / 202000108975 with this info, to ensure the documentary record is correct. Also, I have some follow up questions so it would make more sense to respond to that FOI to keep the FOI trail coherent, please.
Yours faithfully,
M Kelly
Dear Scottish Government,
Re: 202000108970
NACWG: Your Reference: 202000108970 - sent info on Engender
Engender : Your Reference: 202000108975 - no response so far
On 19th November I pointed out that you had mixed up the response to the two FOIs above, making one appear complete (but remains open without a correct response) and preventing me requesting following info on the one you have sent info on, using the wrong references.
Can you please review your responses to both of these FOIs , correct the mistake and send the remaining information (as your 20 day deadline is 7th December).
Yours faithfully,
M Kelly

The Scottish Government has mixed up the responses to two different FOIs.
Our Reference: 202000108975
Documentation relating to impact of Engender on policy and practise
Our Reference: 202000108961
Documentation relating to the costs associated with NACWG
It is worth checking both FOIs for info on either.
