4) list of any additional documentation relating to the County Adoption Manager (interim or otherwise) currently undertaken by Coram. Additionally, copies of this documentation.

5) Job description for County Adoption Manager (interim or otherwise) and list of requirements, policies, procedures for appointing persons to this position and positions at this level within Kent County Council. Additionally, copies of this documentation.

Please find attached a copy of the contract relating to the Adoption
Service between Kent County Council and Coram. This contract comprises
two sections, the first is a set of terms and conditions and the second
part is a Service Specification. 

The Terms and Conditions identifies the standards, policies and procedures
which apply to both parties to the contract. For further information KCC
policies and procedures can be accessed via KCC’s website www.kent.gov.uk.

The Service Specification describes the nature and the scope, together
with objectives and responsibilities of the service to be delivered by
Coram. Contained within this service specification are copies of the
relevant job descriptions.
