Document Shredding
Dear Post Office Limited,Please can you set out what your policies and procedures are for the shredding of documents.Who owns a particular document within your Organisation?Who can authorize document shredding?What checks and balances exist to make sure the process is adhered too?When was the policy last reviewed?Is the Head of Security permitted to shred documents?

Dear externalaffairs,Can you thank Mel Corfield for the reply and guiding me to Amanda Burtons report.Sadly it does not answer the questions raised in my request follow up". POL is trying to identify the
documents she relied on. In the time available before writing, POL has not
been able to locate this material. However, we will revert to the Inquiry
on this point further if and when POL locates the material."This was April 6th,has any progress been made in the last few months in finding the document or discovering who saw it last within your team?As it was used to justify bonus payments that have to returned I would have thought its whereabouts would be known if only to prevent such mistakes happening again?
