I have checked through our administration system, and I can find no
record of a request with your name having been received. May I ask
whether it was made in another name? Who was it addressed to? Did you
receive an acknowledgement letter from Allerdale Borough Council and if
so, please could you forward this to me so that I can make further

Strategy used to plan and implement our EDMS.
