On behalf of the Economy and Culture Service find below response to your
freedom of information request.

Question

Does Venue Cymru, Theatr Colwyn and/or any other entertainment venues run
by CCBC charge a commission on merchandise sold by bands/artists who
perform there?  Or do you use a concession company to run the merchandise
stalls?

If so what commission rate is charged, by yourself or a concession company
and what was the yearly income from these charges over the past 3 years or
fee paid by a concession company?

Response:-

Amongst the three venues that Venues Management are responsible for; Venue
Cymru, Theatr Colwyn and Porth Eirias, only Venue Cymru charge a
commission rate for any merchandise sold within the Venue.  This is
usually 20% of gross sales, figures are as follows:-
