Do family courts operate under common law

Please state whether or not the Family Courts operate under Common Law.

If they do operate under Common Law then please provide the
recorded information that states that parents/relatives/grandparents are guilty until proven innocent.

If the Family Court's do not operate under Common Law, please state under what Law they operate.
