•  Melinda Johnson: Why not go to the factories direct?  
 
: Do not want to become dependent and reduces complications of getting items 
out of the country this way the supplier takes care of freight

 Clear when the Clock starts and dates will be tracked by category and locked in 
with the factory

 Unlikely to terminate for convenience as we have agreed on timescales, but 
we have agreed if products are not delivered in time frame, 30 days inspection time, right 
for refund if any defaults, Shelf life of product 2 years

destination, the Buyer shall inspect and accept such products’ Are they arriving in sealed
