I refer to the letter from the CEO of HSE to the Chair of the W&P Select Committee on 4 June 2020.

1) HSE stated that DHSC were going to place a reminder to NHS employers to report Covid-19 deaths under RIDDOR in your internal bulletin on 1 May 2020. Please would you provide a copy of that internal bulletin (even if it was not sent out on exactly that date), together with any correspondence (e.g. letters/emails) which was sent out in connection with that bulletin.

2) HSE also stated that it had been informed by DHSC that a second communication was also to be issued by DHSC. Please would you provide a copy of that second communication and any correspondence which was sent out in connection with that bulletin.
