Dear Lucielle (TfL),

Thank you for your reply. However, my request related to the
specific text of the contract between TfL and the operator of the
DLR rather than the current policy, of which I am already aware.

Can you please confirm that you are able to provide me with that
section or sections of the contract between TfL and Serco Docklands
that relate to bicycle carriage on DLR trains.

If no such section exists in the contract then please confirm this.
If such a section does exist and you are unwilling to provide it
via and FOI request then I wish to request an internal review.

Yours sincerely,

Richard Pope
