Dear Scottish Further and Higher Education Funding Council,

Under FOISA, please advise the following in electronic format:

1. Please provide a list of the individuals interviewed by solicitors DLA Piper LLP, who were commissioned by the SFC to report into the governance and procedures of Glasgow Clyde College ("the College") following the suspension of its Principal.

2. Please advise whether the representative of Simpson Marwick, who has a signed letter from Eleanor Harris giving the go ahead, with no mention of any financial limitations, to Simpson Marwick to provide legal services was interviewed by DLA Piper LLP during the course of this review?
