DLA guidance following Matthieson decision
Dear Department for Work and Pensions,
Following the Supreme Court ruling against the Secretary of State in the case of Cameron Mathieson v Secretary of State for Work and Pensions [2015] UKSC 47, government introduced an interim policy of not suspending DLA or PIP payments where a child was in hospital, with the policy finally coming into force on 29/06/16
Could I please have all documentation related to the INTERIM policy, specifically the date that the policy was initiated and the guidance that was given by DWP in connection with this.
Yours faithfully,
Joanne Tennant
