Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

Would you kindly furnish me with the following:

The precise meaning of "Benefit"?

The precise meaning of (Finance)"Good House Keeping"?

The precise meaning of (Finance)"Best value for money"?

The precise purpose of how Mobility and Care components of DLA can be spent?

Does everyone claiming DLA and Income support and Incapacity benefit have a right to try and get back to work, even if medically written-off?

Those who claim DLA, Income Support and Incapacity benefit should not be discrimnated, suffer a loss or detriment for exercising their right to look for work, retrain, update skills, start a business with the view to employment part-time or full-time?

Does the DWP comply fully with Disability Discrimination under the Equality Act for DWP employees and Claimants?

Does the DWP comply fully with the Human Right Act?

Does the DWP comply with protecting, safe-guarding, physical and mental well-being in preventing injury and harm to those Vulnerable Claimants under the Vulnerable Persons Act 2006?

What instruments of law does it fall under?

Thanking you in advance.

Yours faithfully,

John Paffvett
