scheme it relates to is now built and almost fully occupied. Information
has only been redacted where it is relevant to on-going commercial
transactions or is a trade secret of the development model; in accordance
with Regulation 12 (5) (e) – the confidentiality of commercial interest or
industrial information where such confidentiality is provided by law to
protect a legitimate economic interest and Regulation 12(3) on page1 where
