Can you please provide the total number of fixed penalty notices issued by District Enforcement Officers since the beginning of the contract to the end of Jan 2021 and the number of fixed penalty notices for dog fouling offenses.

1519 and 3 (not currently issuing FPN’s for dog fouling whilst new PSPO is developed).
