Distance from Pembrokeshire LSOA's to proposed zone
Alan Taylor made this Freedom of Information request to Hywel Dda University Health Board
This request has been closed to new correspondence. Contact us if you think it should be reopened.
Dear Hywel Dda University Health Board,
In your recent consultation document you quoted travelling time to the aproximate centre of the proposed zone. The travelling times you have quoted are confusing.
Please quote the distance, in Km, from each of the 71 Pembrokeshire Lower Layer Super Output Areas (LSOA’s) to the centre of the proposed zone when using the most convienient A class road route. i.e. the one the would be the obvious choice for the majority of the population in that area. The distance in kilometers is the more usual method of assessing the outcome of any proposed changes (As exampled by Quality Watch, The Nuffield Trust)
Thank you for your recent request for the supply of information relating to our recent Transforming Clinical Services consultation.
Under the Act, the Health Board is required to supply the information to you within 20 working days. In terms of your request, this means that the information should be provided by 7 November 2018. If this is not possible, a further letter will be sent advising you of the progress made in satisfying your request.
Please find enclosed our leaflet giving guidance on our procedure for managing requests for information that is covered under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
