Dear Oxford Cambridge and RSA Examinations,
Please could you confirm the amount of students that were disqualified from exams at both GCSE and AS/A Level from 2012 to 2017?
If you could seperate them by qualification (column for GCSE, column for A Level), and also by each academic year (12/13. 13/14, 14/15, 15/16, 16/17)

Yours faithfully,

Tom Bonnett

Susan Knight,

Dear Mr Bonnett

Thank you for your request for information under the Freedom of Information Act.

Unfortunately we do not hold the data in the format in which you have requested it. However, what I hope will be of interest to you is that OCR and fellow exam boards are required after every exam series to supply malpractice data to the regulator, Ofqual. Ofqual publishes these malpractice statistics by board, type, category and penalty as this is the way the regulator requires OCR to hold its malpractice data, this is available for the years 2014-2017 inclusive. Please find below a link to this data published by the regulator. I would refer you to tables 2 and 3 in particular.
