Thank you for your request for information that was received on 1 March
2022. We are dealing with your request under the Freedom of Information
Act 2000
 
Under our normal statutory requirements we are required to provide you
with a response within 20 working days of the receipt of your request.
Therefore we aim to send a response by 30 March 2022.

Freedom of Information Act 2000
 
I am writing to ask you to clarify your request.  This is because we need
further details from you in order to ensure we identify and locate the
correct information to answer your request.

Therefore, I should be grateful if you would clarify:
 
Whether your request relates specifically to land ownership disputes? or;
cases where the issue is whether Warwickshire County Council, as highway
authority, is responsible for maintaining areas on estates built by
districts and boroughs as housing authorities? 
 
 
I will not be able to take this matter further without this extra
information from you, please let me know by 17th June 2022.  If I do not
hear from you within the timeframe provided, I shall take it that you do
not wish to pursue this request and will consider the request closed.
