Dear North Lincolnshire Council,

NORTH LINCOLNSHIRE COUNCIL
Notice of Intention to Dispose of Public Open Space
Section 123(2A) Local Government Act 1972
Notice is hereby given that North Lincolnshire Council intends to dispose of a parcel of public open space land, which extends to 250m2 or thereabouts and abuts the Belton Footpath/Cycle Track, and premises on Jeffrey Lane, Belton.

With regards to the above notice, as advertised in the Scunthorpe Telegraph of 7th December 2023, I am looking to obtain a copy of the plan which shows the area of land affected.
