2. Please confirm how much money has been paid or refunded to Tingdene by NELC. Please confirm the amounts, dates and reasons for the payments.

I can confirm that North East Lincolnshire Council holds the following
information:
1. When looking to sell the lease, did North East Lincolnshire Council
(NELC) explore to sell the lease to ANY appropriate trust organisations
that possessed experience and expertise in heritage conservation or in
wildlife preservation? If yes, please provide the full details, relevant
related documents, including any correspondence or reports relating to the
consideration of the lease sale and engagement with trust organisations,

An Officer Decision Record (ODR) dated 11th September 2017 sets out the
details and amount received from the long leasehold disposal to Tingdene.
The ODR is published on the Councils website and is at page 48 of the

2. Please confirm how much money has been paid or refunded to Tingdene by
NELC. Please confirm the amounts, dates and reasons for the payments.
At the date of completion, 4^th October 2017, the net amount received by
the Council was: £2,150,000 with deductions of £100,000 retention in
respect of electricity meters; £4,800 for electricity testing; £11,885
electricity installations.
