Dishonest Unlawful and Shameful Police Practices
Dear Cheshire Constabulary,
Official records for November 2012 prove despite being provided a raft of irrefutable evidence proving officers of Cheshire West and Chester Council, Weaver Vale Housing Trust Ltd and Davenham Parish Council committing serious criminal offences your Force refused to investigate it. Official records prove Inspector David Snasdell wrote me a one line email stating - "Cheshire Police will not investigate Davenham Parish Council or Cwacc" - Cwacc being Cheshire West and Chester Council. Why the Inspector failed to make mention of Weaver Vale Housing Trust Ltd remains a mystery.
Official records for April 2013 prove officer's from your Force going door to door throughout my village asking residents had they received my publications containing examples of the evidence your Force refused to investigate and if so to ignore what I had written because it was lies. Later the Crown Prosecution Services agreed my writings were honest and legitimate - remarkably the CPS remains disinterested in using that evidence to prosecute those offenders.
Clearly it is your Force's practice when proved dishonestly, unlawfully, corruptly refusing to investigate serious crime to go out and about not only deliberately misleading the good people of Cheshire but also unlawfully slandering them, and as a result would you please confirm on how many other different occasions since 2008 your Chief Constable ordered officers to go door to door protesting against the publications of any authority/political party/company or indeed any member of the public. Please provide me copies of each report.
Yours faithfully,
ROBERT PICKTHALL

Dear Freedom of Information/Mr Gannon
recently HM Inspector of Constabularies published a document proving Cheshire Constabulary our nations 3rd worse Constabulary when it came to responding, investigating and recording incidents of crime, including rape and violence. Based on HM Inspector of Constabularies report clearly yours is a dishonest Constabulary, a Constabulary which the good people of Cheshire cannot trust.
Mr Gannon I confess astonishment at learning from you I am the only member of the Cheshire public whom your Constabulary has unlawfully harassed and slandered - if this is indeed the truth then I must accept that fact - but accept it knowing yours to be a dishonest Constabulary, a Constabulary which the good people of Cheshire cannot trust.
Yours sincerely,
ROBERT PICKTHALL
Dear Cheshire Constabulary,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Cheshire Constabulary's handling of my FOI request 'Dishonest Unlawful and Shameful Police Practices'.
Mr Gannon you appear to be either not up to your job or possibly deliberately misleading me for you tell me;
"There is no information held"
Sir I refer you to that correspondence/report/emails/memos Inspector David Snasdell created and received in April 2013, documents wherein it is explained why Cheshire Constabulary had sent officers into the village of Davenham Cheshire knocking on doors and appealing to residents not to read or believe the content of that Months issue of my publication TheBloodhound - a publication which proved David Whatton the then Chief Constable refusing to investigate a raft of irrefutable evidence proving local Government corruption.
Mr Gannon I am lawfully entitled all that documentation either your Force give it over to me or alternatively provide me a internal review proving why I am not entitled to it.
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/d...
Yours faithfully,
ROBERT PICKTHALL
