request was received on 14/02/2024  and we are dealing with it under the
terms of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

 

Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust (NUH) came into being on 1st
April 2006 and assumed responsibility for the services provided by both
the Queen's Medical Centre (QMC) and Nottingham City Hospital NHS Trust
(NCH).

 

In some circumstances a fee may be payable and if that is the case I will
let you know. A fees notice will be issued to you, and you will be
required to pay before I will proceed to deal with your request.

 

You will receive the information requested within 20 working days allowed
under the Act unless the Trust does not hold the information or there is a
reason for it to be withheld. I will write to you in any event.

 

If you have any requirements regarding the format any information should
be supplied in, e.g. the language to be used, audio, large print and so
on, then please let me know.

requested from the details you have provided. To help us meet your request

• Is data specifically required for the number of vaccines administered
or is supplied sufficient?
• Is the data (were available) required for staff or for patients or
both that were vaccinated by the hospital? If both, is a combined
total required?
• Is the data required for adults, children or both? If both is a

• Is Q2 independent of the patients included for Q1?

Thank you for your response. To clarify, please could you search for both adult and children diagnosis' (just patient, not staff) in one combined total.

Regarding the vaccination data, this is no longer necessary, so please dismiss the whole of Q2.
