Dear Information Rights,

Please could you tell me when you expect to complete your response to my FOI. It has now been nearly 4 months since the original request. EIRs state a response should be received within 20 working days. As you have responded previously with refusals based on onerousness, you must have analysed data upon which this decision was made, thus speeding up my follow up requests with increasingly narrow scope.

Yours sincerely,

J Andrews

Dear UK Health Security Agency,

Dear Information Rights,

My original request was on 11 May 2023. It is now mid October. Please could you advise on why this delay ?

I note your comments on the high volume of CEO emails relating to this subject, for which I have narrowed down the review scope to accommodate, although this volume seems at odds with the public content of the UKHSA board papers.

Yours sincerely,

Dear J Andrews,
UKHSA has responded to your three requests on this subject (please see
attached).
As explained in all three replies, the requested information is exempt
under Section 12(1) of the FOI Act, as your request is too broad in scope.
You may therefore wish to consider further narrowing your request.

Dear Information Rights,

I request an internal review on this FOI. I challenge the statement that an estimated cost is commercially sensitive as this does not related to any particular contract. It would include a variety of costs, including staff relocation, ground rent, buildings, equipment, decommissioning of existing sites. A parallel is a statement of the expected cost of HS2, as distinct to the cost of a particular HS2 contract.

Yours sincerely,
