Discussions between Post Office and Royal Mail

David Bell made this Freedom of Information request to Post Office Limited Automatic anti-spam measures are in place for this older request. Please let us know if a further response is expected or if you are having trouble responding.

The request was successful.

Dear Post Office Limited,

You advertised that on the 2nd April customers would be able to purchase a new Tracked24/Tracked48 service at Post Offices. However, it is now 3rd April and I am being advised that discussions on the delay of this service is going on between yourselves and Royal Mail. As I would imagine these discussions surely took place before you got to the point of printing your April 2024 price guide, can you explain the delay?

Yours faithfully,

David Bell
