1. Please detail over the past three years the number of solicitors who have been disciplined for discrimination?

2. Please detail the number of solicitors who were removed from the roll of solicitors because of discrimination?

Please note that the Tribunal is not subject to the Freedom of Information
Act 2000. 
 
With respect to your questions I would  refer you to our Annual Reports
which are on the website.  The Annual Reports contain information
regarding the numbers of applications we have received and the types of
allegations.  Further, judgments that are public are also available on our
website and can be filtered by certain criteria.
 
Finally, the Solicitors Regulation Authority Ltd ( the Regulator) may be
able to assist you with the type of data you are seeking and I would
suggest that you contact them if you have not already done so.
