Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

How many complaints have been filed against the DWP and/or atos regarding discrimination towards the deaf and hard of hearing, and what has been done about it?

Yours faithfully,

Dear Operations FOI Requests,

Ridiculous reply as per from the DWP.

Let's have the number of complaints as a whole then and perhaps some information on what you are doing to make services easier to access by deaf people.

Seems ridiculous that even banks can deal with customers via signvideo but the DWP has nothing. You're supposed to set an example!

Yours sincerely,

Craig Gilding
