Discretionary Housing Payments

What is the total budget for DHPs this financial year? How much of this budget has already been spent and how much has been allocated for the reminder of the year?
Has Leicester City Council spent their total DHP budget already? If yes are they applying for further funding and if so when will they know the outcome of that application?

Your request is being considered and you will receive the information requested within the statutory timescale of 20 working days from the first working day following the date of receipt, which is 18/11/09, as defined by the Freedom of Information Act 2000. The 20 working day time limit for responses will be suspended until receipt of the payment. Please be aware that if payment is not received within 3 calendar months of the date of this letter, your request will be closed and you will have to re-apply for the information should you still want it.
