Dear Education Customer Services,

Thank you for your response to my Freedom of Information request. As it was sent via the What Do They Know website, you will know that it is automatically published on the internet. However, the statement at the end of your email which I have pasted below suggests that permission is needed for it to be published on the internet. Please can you clarify this as other councils which have provided a response to the same questions have not stated this in their response. Are there any limitations on my use of the data provided?

"Any other type of re-use, for example by publishing the information in analogue or digital form, including on the internet or commercial use, will require the permission of the intellectual property owner and copyright owner."

Yours faithfully,

Patricia Anderson
