Discretionary Crisis Fund - claims proceeding to first and second stage

Could you please tell me how many Discretionary Crisis Fund claims refused initially then proceed to the first stage of the review as undertaken by the provider of the Managed Service for each year for the last five years and the outcome of those reviews.

Could you also please tell me how many proceeded to the second stage of the review as undertaken by designated officers at Rochdale Council for each of the last five years and the outcome of those reviews.
