Discretionary Crisis Fund

The request was successful.

Dear Rochdale Metropolitan Borough Council,

I would like to request the following information:

1, how many applications have there been under the Discretionary Crisis Fund over the last five years?

2, for each year, how many claims were granted and how many refused?

3, for each year, how many reviews were sought?

4, how many reviews were decided and how many were granted and how many refused?

5, who is the outsourcing company providing this service? And does it take both initial decisions and reviews?

6, could you please supply the policy and criteria used to decide applications under the Discretionary Crisis Fund?

Thank you.

Yours faithfully,
