Disclosure regarding any plans no matter how embryonic for a new social housing development in Shoscombe
Dear Curo Housing Group,
This request has already been emailed to you without response.
I am looking for any information regarding the potential for a social housing development in Shoscombe and details of any discussions or negotiations that have taken place with Steve Scott, CURO, Shoscombe Parish Council, or B&NES on this matter.
In addition, Curo has attempted to bully the tenant (shortly to be owner) of 8 Hamilton Terrace into firstly giving up a strip of land to improve access, then secondly offering £5,000 for the same, without discclosing the motives behind this.
Many local residents are very angry about what is going on and we fear that there is another 'Clutton' type of situation brewing ahere, as such there is a need for full and immediate transperency.
Yours faithfully,
Patrick Bunton
Dear Mr Bunton,
Thank you for your email.

I can tell you that Curo have met with Shoscombe Parish Council (PC) and
discussed the potential for a small affordable housing scheme for local
people.
We are awaiting instructions from the PC as to whether they wish to
procure a Housing Needs Survey; the first step in the process. Following
this (if a need exists) the next stage would be completion of a sequential
site search and assessment.
Yours sincerely,

1. On what date did Curo first have contact with Steve Scott regarding the potential to develop land behind Hamiltion Terrace?
This is important because Steve Scott, as Chairman of the Parish Council instructed Jean Fossaceco on the 20 June 2013 to invite Curo to the PC meeting on 18 July 2013. This invitation waas made on 29 June 2013 and was accepted on 1 July 2013.
2. On what date did Curo first go back on an already agreed RTB sale of 8 Hamilton Terrace to try and exclude a strip of land from that sale?
3. On what date did Curo offer the persons buying 8 Hamilton Teerrace money to give up that strip of land?
The above questions ask for no sensitive information to be disclosed, just dates
