Dear Home Office,

On 9 July 2012 this below rule was brought in by (Statement of changes in immigration rules HC 194) till 28 July 2014.

Private Life – Paragraph 276ADE.
“(vi) is aged 18 years or above, has lived continuously in the UK for less than 20 years (discounting any period of imprisonment) but has no ties (including social, cultural or family) with the country to which he would have to go if required to leave the UK.”

Please can you kindly disclose all materials (such as guidance’s) in relation to above rule which must include any ‘Suggested wordings - Refusal Paragraphs’ for use by decision makers for deciding applications under this rule.

Please can also disclose any ‘Suggested wordings – For Refusal Paragraphs’ between periods 9 July 2012 till 28 July 2014 for any ECHR- Article 8 claim made.
